Giftease terms of supply
The GiftEase online shop is is run, operated and managed by Third Sector Software Ltd, which is registered at Unit 7, Goblands Farm, Cemetery Lane, Hadlow, Kent, TN11 0LT, it operates out of The Oast, Church Farm, Ulcombe Hill, Ulcombe, Maidstone, ME17 1DN and is registered in England and Wales under the company number 06452421. For the purposes of this document, Third Sector Software Ltd is referred to as 'we', and the customer is referred to as 'you' or any variation thereof.
1. Returns and Cancellation Policy
1.1 Any software purchased on the GiftEase Online Shop comes with a 30 day full money back guarantee, if for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the product, so long as the following condition is met:
- A tax claim has not been run. Once a tax claim is run and the final Tax claim form has been generated, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
1.2 If you wish to have a refund and you have not run a tax claim as above, you must contact our customer services on 01622 844212 or email support@gift-ease.co.uk, where you will be given a Unique Return Number which you will need to quote in any communications with us. You will then be issued with a refund and your license key will be invalidated. There is no need to return any packaging or CD's to us.
2. Shipping Policy
2.1 Every reasonable measure will be taken to dispatch physical or intangible goods the next working day, however this is not guaranteed.
2.2 We post Royal Mail First Class, meaning that any products should reach the destination within 48 working hours. Once a product leaves our premises, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
2.3 We ship to UK Mainland. Please contact us if you require shipping to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Isles of Scilly.
3. Right to vary these terms and conditions
3.1 We retain the right to unconditionally vary these terms and conditions from time to time, depending on market fluxes, changes in the law etcetera. Once an item has been purchased, we will honour the terms and conditions in place at the time of purchase where it is legal and reasonable to do so.
3.2 We may assign, lease, sub contract or transfer any of the rights arising under this Agreement to an assignee, licensee, sub contractor or transferee at any time throughout the duration of the obligations arising from this Agreement.
3.3 You cannot assign, lease, sub contract or transfer any of the rights arising under this Agreement to an assignee, licensee, sub contractor or transferee at any time throughout the duration of the obligations arising from this Agreement
3.4 Force Majeure - where it becomes unreasonable to perform any of the obligations arising under this contract due to an Act of God or equivalent, we will not be liable for any losses incurred.
3.5 Limitation of losses - The total amount of losses which we can indemnify you for is limited to the market retail value of the product at time of purchase.
