Telephone Support
If you are an existing customer and are having difficulties with our programme please follow the steps below:
- Call us on 08456 44 88 07 to speak to one of our technicians and explain the problem.
- Click here to download the GiftEase™ Support program.
- When asked choose open or run the program
- When the program starts wait for the technician to be ready then double click on Internet Support to start the support connection.
- Close the program to stop the GiftEase™ Support Session
