How it works
Annual, with a way out
A lot of Gift Aid services take a cut of everything you claim, for as long as you claim it. We do not, and we never will. You keep every penny you recover.
It also means we are never paid more for finding you more — so the number we show you is the number.
See everything. File when you are ready. Load your data, watch the exclusions build, and see exactly what you could claim. You can draft a claim in full.
Cascade 2.0 is an annual subscription. We invoice at go-live on 30-day terms, and you have 28 days from go-live to decide. Cancel in that window and the invoice is cancelled with it — you will not have paid us anything.
Setup and onboarding are quoted separately and are not refundable. If you do cancel, your data is returned or deleted within 30 days — your choice.

A short call in which you describe how Gift Aid runs today — where declarations live, what gets excluded and why, and what nobody has time to chase. We will tell you which part of Cascade pays for itself first, even if that is only one of them.
See it on your own supporters
Analytics and Smart View can be stood up on an extract from your systems for 30 days, so what you are judging is your declarations and your own unclaimed income rather than a demo tenant.
Choose what goes live
Pick the products you want switched on and the tier that fits your size. Subscriptions run monthly, and because every product reads the same core, adding one later is a setting rather than a project.

Your data lands on the agreed cadence, your eligibility rules go in as configuration, and the first claim gets built, previewed and submitted inside Cascade instead of a spreadsheet. Nothing about your CRM has to change.
