We have been creating repositories for media since 2004 through our first product, Scanstore. Then our web-based platform was for retrieving Gift Aid declarations. Today Media Hub provides a lightning-quick search engine to find all types of media accessed directly from the supporter’s record.
Now we store much more than just Gift Aid declarations. We can hold any media, from images to audio to video, and below are just some examples of the media you may want to store

Media Hub is based on the provision of "pre-indexed" media, whether that's media which is already attached to a supporter's record; therefore, we can easily import it onto our platform or is indexed within a 3rd party system such as Alfresco or Sharepoint.
However, we understand that not every organisation will be able to provide pre-indexed media to easily import against supporters' records, which is why we provide an index and validation service.
