Kevin Robson

Kevin Robson

Founder

Kevin has over twenty years experience in software and database development specialising in the charity sector.

Having founded Scanstore in 2005, which was subsequently sold to Blackbaud Inc, Kevin has worked for some of the largest UK charities including British Red Cross, Age UK, RNID, The Children’s Society & The Brooke.

With a passion for designing and developing solutions to seemingly intractable problems Kevin founded Giftease Solutions in 2019.

Balaji Jambulingam

Chief Technology Officer

Balaji has over ten years experience as a web developer. Seven years of which he spent working exclusively in the charity sector.

Balaji has built web-based solutions and integrations for fundraising departments and third-party fulfilment houses within the charity sector and  has a vast knowledge of designing, manging and building scalable web-based platforms.

Balaji joined Giftease as a part time resource in 2019 coming on-board full time in August 2021.

Phil Robson

Client Services Director

Phil has over twenty-five years experience in the charity sector working with and for dozens of organisations. She has been involved with Gift Aid since it’s inception in 2000, still running workshops and advising charities and  their accountants on Best Practise Gift Aid.

As a Senior Manager in Fundraising, Phil  has first hand knowledge of the challenges and requirements to run successful teams.

Phil joined Giftease part-time in Feb 2021.

Janet O'Malley

Business Development Manager

Janet joined Giftease Solutions in 2019 as the operations manager for our professional services team.

Having also worked in supporter care teams within the sector, Janet understands fundraising processes and the issues charities face of all sizes and has now moved over to business development to ensure our clients maximise the benefits of our services.

Matt Hibbett

Operations Manager

Matt joined Giftease Solutions in 2020 in his final year for his degree at Kent University as one of our talented professional services team indexing and reviewing Gift Aid declaration forms.

Having graduated and moved through the ranks to team leader, Matt now heads up our professional services team as our operations manager ensuring our historical “gift aid repair” service targets are delivered.
