At Giftease, we take data privacy seriously. Harmony has been designed as a read-only, assistive tool — not a predictive engine. We’ve made a clear commitment to ensure your data is handled with the utmost care and transparency.
Harmony - Data Training
🔐 Your data is never used to teach, refine, or enhance the Harmony assistant — now or in the future. Harmony’s intelligence comes from its underlying semantic layer, not from analysing your data.
Other AI Models - Traning
🧠 We don’t use and have never used your data to improve any other AI models. Your organisation’s data stays strictly within your environment and is never used to support the development, testing, or training of third-party or shared AI systems.
General use of your data
🚫 Your data will never be used by Giftease for anything beyond its intended purpose — and only in service of your organisation. We don’t share, monetise, or repurpose your data in any way. Everything we do with your data is done transparently and for your benefit alone.

That’s because it’s powered by Cascade — our intelligent data layer — which already integrates with a wide range of systems, including:

Harmony’s main function is to generate SQL queries that run against a read-only copy of your actual data.
So, when it comes to data accuracy:
👉 No — it cannot hallucinate. It can only fail to return results if the data doesn’t exist or the question doesn’t align with what’s available.

But don’t worry — we’ve already mapped CRM-specific naming (e.g. Raiser’s Edge NXT, Salesforce, Dynamics) and will reflect your CRM’s familiar field names on public release.
⏱️ What is “Just-in-Time” data?
Read more about ⏱️ What is “Just-in-Time” data?Harmony sits on top of Cascade, our data management platform that we’ve been developing for over five years. It connects to a wide range of CRMs, fundraising systems, and other data sources to create a unified semantic layer for AI.
Rather than real-time sync (which would be expensive and often unnecessary), we use a traditional ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) approach — but, if required, this can be optimised to rebuild your dataset up to four times per day.
So, while it’s not technically “real-time,” the data is fresh, reliable, and frequently updated — which is why we call it Just-in-Time data.

However, there will be some usage limits, such as:
– A cap on the number of questions (tokens) you can ask per month
– A limit on the number of users who can access Harmony during the pilot
