Insight without complexity
Harmony
Powered by Frametric, Harmony turns near-live operational data into defensible, actionable answers — without dashboards or analysts.
Why Harmony exists
Many teams know what questions they need answers to — but not how to ask, retrieve, or interpret them.
Traditional dashboards show what happened, but not why it matters or what you should do next. Harmony is built to fill that gap: a reasoning assistant that interprets operational data in plain language, with governance and auditability built in.
Every answer is traceable, auditable and defensible — built on Frametric’s platform.
Ask what you need in plain English and get clear, data-grounded answers.
Harmony works across Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, Dynamics and other systems.
Download structured results or use them in workflows with ease.
Reasoning from data updated frequently — no complex dashboards or reports to build.
Handles large datasets without performance loss.
Access insights on the go — fully optimised for phones and tablets.
Harmony helps teams explore patterns, compare perspectives, and derive insight from their data — by asking questions, not building new dashboards or writing custom queries. As an early adopter, your organisation can shape its evolution while gaining insight on real questions from your own data.
Insight without SQL or report building
Compare segments, periods, channels, and measures in context
Harmoney doesn’t just show raw numbers; it explains what changed and why.
As a pilot partner, your feedback helps shape Harmony’s future — from features to functionality.
Comparisons across frames — See how questions change meaning across periods and segments.
Interactive exploration — Drill into patterns without rebuilding dashboards.
Clear explanations — Answers backed by structured reasoning, not just numbers.

Harmony is read-only by design. We never use your data to train external models or repurpose it beyond your organisation’s needs. Every answer comes from controlled reasoning on your operational data, with governance and privacy at the forefront.
🔐 Your data is never used to teach, refine, or enhance the Harmony assistant — now or in the future. Harmony’s intelligence comes from its underlying semantic layer, not from analysing your data.
🧠 We don’t use and have never used your data to improve any other AI models. Your organisation’s data stays strictly within your environment and is never used to support the development, testing, or training of third-party or shared AI systems.
🚫 Your data will never be used by Frametric for anything beyond its intended purpose — and only in service of your organisation. We don’t share, monetise, or repurpose your data in any way. Everything we do with your data is done transparently and for your benefit alone.
Where Harmony can be applied today
Harmony integrates with multiple data sources and CRM systems. While current pilots prioritise certain CRM setups, the underlying Frametric semantic layer is designed to support a broad range of environments — and we’re actively expanding support across systems.

Harmony is built for any charity — regardless of size, location, or technical setup.
Whether you’re a small community nonprofit or a large international organisation, if you’re sitting on data and want to use it better — Harmony is for you. 💡
No in-house data team? No problem.
Harmony is designed to make insights accessible to everyone — not just analysts.
🧠 Not at all. While our initial pilot is focused on Raiser’s Edge NXT (as we’re actively building automated ingestion for it), Harmony is fully CRM-agnostic.
That’s because it’s powered by Cascade — our intelligent data layer — which already integrates with a wide range of systems, including:
🧩 Dynamics
🧩 Salesforce
🧩 ThankQ
🧩 Care
🧩 Donorflex
🧩 Custom-built platforms
⚙️ For CRMs outside of NXT, integration may currently involve some manual setup — which can incur a one-off configuration fee. That’s why the free pilot is currently limited to NXT users.
But — if you’re facing a pressing need (like a CRM migration or urgent reporting challenge), we’re always happy to explore options with you. 👋
Absolutely — Harmony is built to support multiple data sources, not just your CRM.
That includes:
💳 Online donation platforms
🎟️ Event and ticketing systems
📁 Spreadsheets and flat files
💷 Gift Aid claims
🧩 And other external supporter data sources
As long as there’s useful supporter data, Cascade (our data layer) can bring it together — and Harmony can make sense of it. 🙌
Not at all. Harmony uses natural language AI, so you can ask questions just like you’d ask a colleague.
No SQL.
No jargon.
No dashboards to build or configure.
Just type your question — and Harmony takes care of the rest. 🙌
Not yet — and that’s exactly the point.
This pilot is your opportunity to explore what’s possible, test early features, and help shape how Harmony evolves before full release. 🛠️
We’re building this with the sector — not just for it. Your feedback genuinely matters.
Not at all — Harmony is designed to be flexible, modern, and cloud-ready.
It works with data from a wide range of systems — whether your CRM is hosted on-premises, in the cloud, or part of a hybrid setup. Because Harmony is delivered via a secure, browser-based interface, you can access it:
📱 On desktop, tablet, or mobile
🌐 From anywhere — as long as you have an internet connection
🔐 With permission-based access, tailored to your team
In short: you don’t need special hardware or a fixed environment. Just log in and start asking questions.
It’s easy! Just visit our Getting Started and register your interest.📝
We’ll be in touch with next steps — including how to access Harmony and what to expect during the pilot.
This is your chance to explore, shape, and influence the future of AI-powered insight for the sector. 💡
Harmony is powered by GPT-4o, so while it can respond conversationally like any GPT model — and Giftease can’t guarantee every free-text answer — its core purpose is different. Harmony’s main function is to generate SQL queries that run against a read-only copy of your actual data.
So, when it comes to data accuracy:
👉 No — it cannot hallucinate. It can only fail to return results if the data doesn’t exist or the question doesn’t align with what’s available.
Harmony is currently in beta and focused on gift/donation data.
Behind the scenes, we’ve already prepared AI-optimised layers for:
Contact and address data
Attributes and Gift Aid
An in-built RFM scoring model (currently being fine-tuned for AI access)
To support privacy and compliance, we’ll be implementing security groups so you can control access — for example, restricting contact or address-level data to specific user roles.
That’s right — during beta, Harmony uses Giftease’s internal data model as the standardised layer.
But don’t worry — we’ve already mapped CRM-specific naming (e.g. Raiser’s Edge NXT, Salesforce, Dynamics) and will reflect your CRM’s familiar field names on public release.
Harmony sits on top of Cascade, our data management platform that we’ve been developing for over five years. It connects to a wide range of CRMs, fundraising systems, and other data sources to create a unified semantic layer for AI.
Rather than real-time sync (which would be expensive and often unnecessary), we use a traditional ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) approach — but, if required, this can be optimised to rebuild your dataset up to four times per day.
So, while it’s not technically “real-time,” the data is fresh, reliable, and frequently updated — which is why we call it Just-in-Time data.
No — the pilot is completely free for selected charities.
However, there will be some usage limits, such as:
– A cap on the number of questions (tokens) you can ask per month
– A limit on the number of users who can access Harmony during the pilot
These limits help us manage capacity while still giving you meaningful access to the platform.
There’s no long-term commitment. Just a willingness to engage, explore your data in a new way, and give us honest feedback.
We’re still finalising pricing — right now, our focus is firmly on building the best product possible. 🛠️
That said, we expect Harmony to follow a tiered pricing model, similar to our other platform tools — likely based on token usage (e.g. how many questions or queries you ask per month).
💡 Our aim is simple: to make AI-powered insight accessible and affordable — especially for smaller organisations and our Foundation Tier clients.
We’ll share full pricing details ahead of public release, and we’re actively exploring ways to ensure cost is never a barrier to unlocking the power of your data.
